There is a whole cult of pedal geeks (I say this affectionately for I am one) that are obsessed with capturing the Tone Bender sounds of the 60's. Especially the MK 1.5 that was used by the Beatles and I believe Bowie's guitarist.
I don't think there is anyone out there replicating this sound. Also, there are a ton of MKII and Vox Bender clones that people are paying tons of money for. You should check out the D.A.M. site. Their price points are through the roof, and their waiting list is ridiculous. And despite these set backs they are considered the best. This is where you guys come in. You make something as good, cut down on the price points, and the wait.
Other replicas of the Tone Bender MKII = Fulltone Soulbender, Sweetsound Probender, Prescription Electronics Yardbox, Pro Analogs MkII, and so on.
