Fender Hot Rod Amps

a lot of people like to rag on these amps for their features, but when it comes down to it, these amps sound really great.

i had a 1x12 hot rod deluxe for a while last year and loved it. i ran it in stereo with the bassman ten i had then (sniff, i miss that amp ) and it sounded so cool.

if i had the chance id pick another one up to run in stereo with my vox and just to have as a backup.

A long time ago the other guitarist in Make Amends (two guitarists ago ) had a Hot Rod Deluxe, and I used to hate it. Now I look back and am awed at the tone he had with it.
